About Jetwave Offshore

Jetwave Offshore commenced in 2005 and is a Western Australian based family owned company. We have established and maintained our primary goal of supplying the best ocean logistic service possible in offshore operations.

Jetwave Offshore have focused our activities in the Pilbara region, during which time we have serviced Dirk Hartog Island (2006 – present), provided logistic support for the Stag Platform and the Department of Environment and Conservation ('DEC').

Jetwave Offshore prides itself on providing quality staff and service, both of which feed into our exceptional safety standards. This is supported and managed through the Jetwave Offshore HSEQ Management System and its success is evidenced by the present zero LTI rate.

Director: Melissa Hansen

Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with 12 years experience in the resource industries, with HSEC assessment (impact/risk), regulatory approvals, construction (FEED/EPCM) and operational applications. This includes 7 years in the metallic mining/processing industries, 3 in oil and gas exploration, development and production, and 2 in chemical plant construction and commissioning.

Melissa has specialized in environmental and HSEC management, at construction, operational and corporate locations and has fulfilled these roles for Barrick Gold, ARC Energy, BHPBilliton, Windimurra Vanadium and Chevron.

Director: Michael Hansen

Michael has over 8 years extensive experience in the marine industry with a Master Class 5 skippers ticket and MED 2 Engineering.  
As Director and founder of Jetwave Boat Charters PTY LTD he manages the Perth based charter company, over seeing all fleet operations and logistics.
